All food is freshly prepared in our kitchens. Server(s) will bring the food & buffet items needed to "set" the mood. Server(s) will maintain & clean the buffet area allowing you to relax & enjoy the event. All full service caterings (50+ adult guests) include the following: servers, metal chaffers, serving bowls, serving utensils, black plastic plates and utensils, white paper napkins, Mark’s bar-b-q sauces, buns, pickles & onions.
